Pulse Wallet (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how Pulse Wallet collects, processes, stores, and shares information when you (“User” or “you”) access, use, or interact with:
The Pulse Wallet Android application;
The Pulse Wallet iOS application;
The Pulse Wallet web browser add-on; and
The Pulse Wallet website (https://thepulsewallet.org/) (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”).
By using the Platform, you:
(a) Acknowledge that you have read, acknowledged, understood, consent to and agreed to both this Privacy Policy and the Terms; If you do not agree with either or both, you must immediately cease using the Platform; (b) Understand that this Privacy Policy governs how Pulse Wallet collects, processes, and protects data while the Terms define the rules, responsibilities, and limitations of liability associated with your use of the Services;
2. Data Collection & User Anonymity
2.1 No Collection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Pulse Wallet is a non-custodial, decentralized wallet that does not require account creation, personal identification, or KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. We do not collect, store, or process:
Your full name, phone number, or physical address;
Your social security number, government-issued ID, passport, or tax identification number;
Any banking details, credit card information, or financial statements.
2.2 Automatically Collected Data
To enhance security, optimize performance, and improve the functionality of the Platform, we may collect non-personally identifiable information, including:
Device information (e.g., operating system, browser type, hardware model);
Log data (e.g., IP address, time zone, session duration, error reports);
Anonymized usage statistics (e.g., frequency of app interactions, feature preferences).
This data is processed in a de-identified, aggregated manner and is never linked to an individual user or wallet address.
2.3 Blockchain Interaction & Public Data
Pulse Wallet interacts directly with public blockchain networks, which operate as immutable, transparent ledgers. Information recorded on these networks, including:
Public wallet addresses;
Transaction history, amounts, timestamps;
Smart contract interactions,
is inherently public, permanent, and beyond Pulse Wallet’s control. Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions cannot be erased, altered, or anonymized by Pulse Wallet.
2.4 Communication Records
When you directly communicate with us, we may receive additional details from you. This includes but is not limited to:
Your email address, message contents, attached files, and any other information you voluntarily share;
Records of interactions with our official support channels:

We do not share, sell, or monetize communication records. These interactions are used solely for support, troubleshooting, and compliance with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
3.1 No Unauthorized Data Sharing
Pulse Wallet does not sell, rent, lease, or trade user data. However, we may share non-personally identifiable data under the following circumstances:
(a) Affiliates & Group Companies – We may share data with affiliated companies or subsidiaries to deliver Services;
(b) Third-Party Service Providers – We may engage trusted third-party providers for:
Website hosting, security, and data storage;
Performance monitoring, analytics, and customer service;
(c) Professional Advisors – We may disclose data to legal counsel, auditors, or consultants where necessary;
(d) Business Transfers – In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale, we may transfer data to the acquiring entity;

In response to subpoenas, court orders, or regulatory requests;
To protect our rights, property, or the safety of Users.

4. Data Retention
(a) Pulse Wallet does not retain user data beyond what is necessary for immediate technical processing; (b) Public blockchain data is immutable and cannot be deleted, altered, or anonymized; (c) Anonymized usage analytics, where collected, are retained only as long as necessary for security and operational improvements.
Users acknowledge that decentralized systems do not allow for traditional "right to be forgotten" requests.
5. Third-Party Integrations & External Services
5.1 Decentralized Applications (DApps) & Smart Contracts
Pulse Wallet provides access to third-party decentralized applications (DApps), decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, token swaps, smart contracts, and more. Users acknowledge that:
Pulse Wallet does not control, audit, or oversee third-party services;
Interacting with external DApps may expose users to separate privacy risks, including on-chain tracking and analytics tools operated by those services;
Users are responsible for reviewing third-party privacy policies before engaging with external services.
Pulse Wallet shall not be liable for any privacy breaches, data leaks, or security incidents occurring through third-party interactions.
5.2 Third-Party Analytics & Performance Tools
Pulse Wallet may use privacy-preserving, non-invasive analytics tools to monitor app performance, error diagnostics, and security metrics. These tools:
Do not collect personal identifiers or wallet balances;
Do not track cross-app or cross-site activity;
Are used solely for internal security and optimization purposes.
Users may opt out of such analytics through device settings or browser configurations.
6. Security Measures
Pulse Wallet employs industry-standard encryption, cryptographic integrity, and security best practices to safeguard user interactions. Security measures include:
End-to-end encryption of in-app communications;
Non-custodial architecture, ensuring that private keys are never stored, transmitted, or accessible by Pulse Wallet;
Multi-Party Computation (MPC) cryptography, protecting key fragments without a single point of failure;
Regular security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
Despite these measures, Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions are inherently irreversible, and Pulse Wallet shall not be liable for lost funds, unauthorized access, or malicious exploits.
6. User Eligibility & Age Restrictions
Eligibility requirements for using Pulse Wallet are explicitly detailed in the Terms of Service. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria outlined therein, including but not limited to:
Minimum age requirements;
Jurisdictional restrictions;
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Platform is not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater; By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) You are at least 18 years old; (b) You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Pulse Wallet does not knowingly collect or process data from minors.
7. Cross-Border Data Transfers
(a) Decentralized services require data processing across multiple jurisdictions. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:
Data may be transferred, stored, or processed outside your country of residence;
Pulse Wallet operates in compliance with international data protection laws but does not guarantee applicability of any specific jurisdiction’s privacy laws.
(b) Users consent to the cross-border transfer of data where necessary for service continuity.
